- Having worked in recruitment and IT sales for almost 7 years, I’ve decided that building long-term relationships is what business is really all about for me. And I think that meeting face to face is an essential part of what we do, helping create the ‘know, like and trust’ ethos that sets Together apart. I believe that Together Recruitment is helping set the standard for a new breed of recruitment agencies – not just providing the “best people” like everyone else, but using their industry knowledge and contacts to actively develop their clients’ business and help them market their services. When I'm not working I'm running in the hills. This year I've moved from being a passionate Fell Runner to an obsessed Ultrarunner and unfortunately the races seem to be getting longer and longer. So if you meet me and I'm hobbling you'll know why.
